Every online store needs a set of terms that hold up in the real world. Below is ours — written to be read, understood, and applied without ambiguity when the moment calls for it.

The parties

The words "we," "our," and "us" refer to Matthew Ray Danysh, a family clothing store operating from the United States. The word "you" refers to any visitor to the site or any customer placing an order.

Who's eligible to order

We serve adult customers of legal age to enter a contract.

In short: You should be 18 or older, or acting with the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

If you don't meet those conditions, an adult should place the order on your behalf.

Your account

If you set up an account, the security of that account rests with you. Any activity performed while logged in as you is treated as authorized activity on your part — that's a standard principle in e-commerce, and it protects both of us.

If you spot something unusual on your account, write to us immediately at evanthomas6836@outlook.com. We move quickly to lock things down and protect the balance of the account.

From order to confirmation

Placing an order is your offer to buy at the terms and prices displayed at checkout. We accept when we send you the order confirmation email — that email is what turns your offer into a real, mutual contract.

In the window between your click and our email, we occasionally need to decline an order. The most common reasons are:

• The item sold out just before your order came in
• A price or description on the site was wrong
• The order shows characteristics of fraud
• The order conflicts with these Terms

If you paid and we cancel, your refund is issued to the original payment method in full.

Prices and payment

Every price on the site is listed in United States dollars. Prices may change over time — but the price you saw and confirmed at checkout is the price we honor for that specific order.

On honest errors: if a product is displayed at a clearly incorrect price (a decimal in the wrong spot, a missing digit), we may cancel the order rather than fulfill at the wrong price. Refund is always immediate.

Payment is due at checkout, through any of the methods offered by our processor. Submitting payment information confirms you're authorized to use it.

Shipping and returns

Shipping details are set out in the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are set out in the Return and Refund Policy. Both are integral parts of these Terms and apply to every order without exception.

Product descriptions

We describe every piece of clothing and every accessory with care — accurate measurements, honest photography, useful materials information.

Natural variation is real. Different screens show colors differently, and materials like cotton, linen, and wool don't reproduce identically from lot to lot. Small differences of that kind are part of the character of the product, not defects.

Our content

Text, photographs, illustrations, video, graphic design, source code, and the name "Matthew Ray Danysh" are our property or used under license. United States copyright and trademark law protects all of it.

You're welcome to:

• Browse the site
• Share product links with friends
• Save pages for your own personal reference

You're not welcome to:

• Reproduce or republish our content for commercial use
• Use our brand assets in your own business
• Scrape or mirror the site
• Modify or redistribute any part of the site

Any of the above requires our written consent.

Acceptable use

Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. What we're disclaiming here is the layer of implied warranties beyond those, to the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law.

If something goes wrong, write to us. Small businesses live and die by taking care of their customers, and we take that seriously.

Where our liability ends

For any direct claim, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We're not liable for indirect losses — lost profits, lost data, lost time, hypothetical or consequential damages.

Ending access

If a visitor breaches these Terms, we may end their access to the site without notice.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by U.S. federal law and by the laws of the state in which our business is registered. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes
